Crime thrillers are movies that are cleverly characterised by fast pacing, frequent action where usually a villian often more resourceful and often out smarts a heroe. For example in this film "Hard Boiled" Dectective leaping in the air firing his gun to create suspense, suggesting rivalry between a villian and a cop which is usually found in crime thrillers like "Hard Boiled".

Psychological Thrillers is a mixture of mystery and drama genres
combined to create suspense and a good thriller movie. Psychological thrillers create suspense that comes within one solitary character where character must try work out and resolve conflicts with thier minds. These conflicts are made physical expression or physical torsion of at play similar to the move "Saw".

Action Thrillers are movies full of suspense and gun fight and adrenaline rushing stunts. They usually have a heroe and a villian similar to crime thrillers however my favourite action thriller is "Wanted" there many great aspect of action thriller I like one is they always bring something fresh. For example the ability to curl bullets was very effective.
Drama Thrillers consist of the elements of thriller and drama film. These films are usually slower paced and a great deal of character development in order to understant the plot also known as a plot twist. For example "awake" starts with a simple story then develops into a thriller, with drama aspects ending with a plot twist.

Disaster Thrillers is a story where the main conflict is due to some sort of natural or artificial disaster, such as floods, earthquakes, hurricanes amd volcanoes. For example "The Day After Tomorrow" where the world falls into natural disaster where change in the weather cause massive global awareness.
